Since we began renting out Filin 14 as a vacation rental, we have continuously invested in quality, comfort, and new amenities.
Over the years, we have dedicated countless hours and significant investments to modernizing the apartment. Our goal is not simply to offer a beautiful vacation rental—we want our guests to feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Many of our regular guests discover new improvements and amenities with each stay. This continuous improvement is a matter of course for us.

Filin 14 is one of the few holiday apartments in Puerto de Mogán that combines three bedrooms, a heated rooftop pool, and a private underground parking space.
