We rarely use these sites anymore. We prefer to deal with our guests direct, this allows us to give a better service.
For example, when guests fom these websites ask for a transfer company, we are unable to supply them with websites or email addresses, as those companies either block the messasge or blank out the details.

We try to provide the kind of service we would like to receive. Any problems with the apartment or equipment, we try, and normally do resolve the same day, if not, the next day.
We are very proud that almost every guest who has left an online review, has rated us 5* (10), the others have been 4*(9), with only one bad review - when the pool heating unit broke, during the Christmas period!. It had worked faultlessly for over 10 years, unfortunately these things happen (always when the companies are on holiday), but it was swiftly replaced with a new unit.
